We understand dental anxiety and offer several sedation options, depending on your needs and the procedure: local anesthesia to numb the area so you feel little to no pain, nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for mild relaxation while you stay awake, and oral conscious sedation for a deeper, drowsy state that's ideal for patients with significant anxiety.
Your first visit is a thorough look at your overall oral health. You can expect an initial exam, a full cleaning with one of our hygienists, X-rays to check for cavities and other hidden issues, an oral cancer screening, and an evaluation of your gums and any existing fillings or crowns. We'll go over what we find, recommend a treatment plan if you need one, and schedule any follow-up care.
We offer general care like exams, cleanings, and sealants; cosmetic services such as veneers, bonding, and whitening; and restorative treatments including crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canals. We also provide Invisalign, orthodontics, dental implants, and emergency dentistry.
Our dentists are highly skilled general dentists with expertise across several areas of dentistry. Dr. Shefali Mehta performs endodontics (root canals), oral surgery, dental implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Wendy Song has a special interest in oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry, and is trilingual in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and English. Dr. Derrick Turner has been practicing since 1992 and is known for cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.
Emergency & Sedation
If you have severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, or swelling that affects your breathing or swallowing, seek emergency medical care right away. For urgent but less severe problems: keep a knocked-out tooth moist in milk or between your cheek and gum and try to reinsert it by the crown; after a chip or break, rinse gently with warm water and avoid chewing on that side; and for a lost filling or crown, use temporary dental cement from the pharmacy rather than glue. Then call us as soon as we reopen — we prioritize emergency patients and can often see you the same day.
