Sports Guards

3. Wearing Your Aligners
You’ll wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, about 22 hours a day, before switching to the next set in the series.
4. Progress Check-Ins

5. Retainers
Once treatment is complete, a retainer keeps your teeth in their new positions so your results last.
